Shutdown your computer. Unplug the laptop for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on. 2. Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: services.msc. This will open Services app. Find Bluetooth Support service in the list. Right click it then select Restart. Right click it again then select Properties.
Replied on October 2, 2014. Report abuse. After a few hours of using Windows 10, my Bluetooth driver uninstalled itself. My keyboard is Bluetooth so I noticed it as soon as it happened. To fix it (finally after trying to troubleshoot the keyboard itself first), I checked under Device Manager and noticed I just had a Generic Driver for my Bluetooth.
2016 13" nTB Just did a fresh install of Windows 10 (fully updated). I do not have a bluetooth icon in Device Manager. I cant add my bluetooth mouse. Bluetooth works fine in MacOS. Anyone else having problems with this?

Click the Start menu and select Settings. Click Devices. Click Bluetooth. Move the Bluetooth toggle to the desired setting. Click the X in the top right corner to save the changes and close the settings window.

Bluetooth support services is running. I changed the Services as you noted, Properties > General [tab] --> Startup Type: Automatic.
